I'M NEW TO EXERCISE, DO YOU HAVE ANY BEGINNER CLASSES? WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

All levels are welcome to our classes: beginner, intermediate, advanced.Take the class at your own pace, listen to your body and use the instructor’s modifications when needed. Private Sessions in any modality are available upon request. Remember to eat and drink before and after your workout to help your body recover.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes early. If you have any questions, speak to the instructor before class. Also let the instructor know if you have any limitations, and they will provide you with modifications as needed. Wear comfortable clothes.

If taking a Pilates Reformer class, grip socks are recommended. If taking a Meditation class, you may want to bring another layer of clothes and/or a blanket. You also may want to bring your own mat for floor work, but it's not necessary since we have some for you to borrow. Always bring a water bottle.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A CLASS IN ADVANCE?

We highly recommend signing up for all classes in advance, this way we know to expect you for class. If there are any last minute schedule changes, we will notify those who are registered of the schedule change.

Registering for classes also allows you to create a workout schedule for yourself in advance. You can view your schedule by logging into your account. You can always cancel your Pilates Reformer reservation with a 4-hour notice if needed, and a 1-hour notice for all other group fitness classes.
HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH PRICING OPTION IS RIGHT FOR ME? MEMBERSHIP OR CLASS-PACKS? 

We created our monthly membership with our customers in mind. If you're making a commitment to your health and your body, we recommend attending classes at least twice a week.
IF I PURCHASE A MONTHLY PACKAGE, WHAT IS THE START DATE?

The start date of monthly packages is the date of the first visit.
