 Yoga/Gentle Stretch

Very gentle yoga poses that will integrate the mind, body, and spirit. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, to maintain range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Healthy muscles also help a person with balance problems to avoid falls. This class is beginner-friendly!

This class welcomes pregnant women. Roz does an amazing modification for pregnant clients.  Each level of yoga will help to strengthen the mind-body connection, while improving balance, strength and flexibility.
Yoga

Hatha Flow Yoga

This yoga practice is a gentle Hatha flow. Movements are slow and great for those new to yoga, for students who prefer a more relaxed style, or for holding poses longer.

TRX

TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a
person’s own body weight. This class will have you
alternating between the TRX Suspension Trainer
and on-the-floor cardio.

Mat Pilates

Stretch and strengthen the muscles of your body, especially the core muscles. Tones your body with the use of different equipment.

Group Pilates Reformer

This class uses the Pilates Reformer apparatus for a low impact, full-body workout. Pilates reformer work focuses on core strength and proper muscle engagement which improves athletic performance, back pain, injury recovery, weight loss, balance, bone density and posture.

Barre

This workout tones and uses resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso, and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.
