HALO-IR Breathe and Detox Suites

Halo is the Greek prefix meaning salt. Our generators disperse pure pharmaceutical grade salt that is heated and ground into tiny particles by a halogenerator and then dispersed into the sauna. The salt opens the airways, reduces inflammation in the lungs and sinuses and loosens mucus.

IR is short for infrared.
Infrared therapy is an innovative light-based method to treat pain and inflammation in various parts of the body. The addition of the infrared waves produce a deeper level of detoxification compared to other saunas. 

Halo-IR booths are custom-built saunas integrated with HALO-GX halo generator which is the newest halotherapy technology. This is the first ever joint product that has both Infrared and Halotherapy modalities.

More About Your Session

How to Prepare:

 
  • First time clients should arrive 10 minutes before session to fill out a waiver
 
  • Drink plenty of water before and after your session. 
 
  • Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. Areas of exposed skin will experience increased blood flow, and positive dermatological effects.

What to Expect:

 
  • As quickly as 15 minutes into the session many people experience their airways open up, individual breaths become easier and fuller. 
 
  • You may experience the slight taste of salt in your lips. This is normal and a sign that salt concentration is high in the air and getting to work at healing your respiratory system!
 
  • Feel free to exit the booth at any time. Take breaks for water or your complimentary cooling towel

The Halo-IR offers Medical-Grade Chromotherapy  the process of restoring balance to the body by applying color.

Color light therapy relies on the premise that each color is associated with a different bodily response.
For example, red is typically associated with stimulation, while blue is considered a mentally relaxing color.

Each of the 96 medical grade LED lights contributes to a different aspect of wellness so your far-infrared sauna experience is both relaxing and productive.
